Shipping
Every Crown Ness scarf is a handmade piece, carefully prepared before dispatch. Your order is shipped within 48 hours, with tracking: as soon as it is dispatched, you receive an email containing your tracking number.

Shipping is free in France for purchases of €149 or more. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on your destination and the method chosen.
Crown Box. Delivery of the Crown Box is free in France, for every box of the subscription, whatever the amount. For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International: Australia, Canada, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United States, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Singapore and Switzerland. For any other destination, write to us at contact@crownness.com.
When your parcel arrives, please check its condition. If the parcel is damaged, an item is missing or there is a mistake, write to us at contact@crownness.com with your order number and photos: we will find a solution.
Right of withdrawal and return procedure
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item, in accordance with the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
How to proceed
- Write to us at contact@crownness.com with your order number and the item concerned.
- We reply with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Pack the item in its original packaging: it must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Send it within the 14-day period. We recommend a tracked shipment, which you keep until the refund is complete.
Return costs. The cost of shipping the return is borne by the customer.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund is issued within 7 days to your original payment method. You receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
Crown Box subscription. The Crown Box is a subscription with no commitment: you can stop it at any time.
Caring for your scarves
Your Crown Ness scarves are made from delicate fabrics that deserve a little care to keep their shine.
Silk: hand wash in cold water with a mild soap, without rubbing. Do not wring: gently press in a towel. Dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Iron at low temperature on the reverse side.
Satin: hand wash in cold water or machine wash in a laundry bag on a delicate cycle. Dry flat. Iron gently on the reverse side if needed.
Avoid the tumble dryer, bleach and abrasive products. Store your scarves flat or rolled, away from light.
